Write to support@giftdial.app. A person answers, usually within one business day (Central European Time), in English, Czech or German.

Setting up

• Open GiftDial in your Shopify admin and follow the setup checklist on the Home page.
• Online Store 2.0 themes: add the "GiftDial gift card" block to a page in the theme editor.
• Older themes: in the theme editor, switch on the "GiftDial (any theme)" app embed, then add <div id="giftdial"></div> to a page's content in the HTML view.
• Local currencies need Shopify Payments with several market currencies; otherwise cards are sold in your store currency.

Something looks wrong

Include your store's .myshopify.com address and the order number. In GiftDial › Gift cards you can see each card's status, resend the email, fix a mistyped recipient address, or void a card.

Uninstalling

Uninstalling stops new gift card sales immediately. Gift cards already issued stay valid in Shopify. Remaining data is deleted automatically 48 hours later when Shopify sends its data-removal request. To remove the form, delete the block or switch off the app embed in your theme.
